The Village of Palm Springs Utilities Department is pleased to offer payment of utility bills via the Internet. Please Note: There is a service charge associated with this service. The Village does not charge or retain any portion of this fee.

On the payment screen you will be asked for an ePay number this number is your bill number. To insure proper credit to your account you must enter the correct bill number. Once your transaction has been confirmed you can expect to receive a receipt via e-mail for your transaction. Point and Pay charges a 2.95% ($2.00 minimum) service charge for use of its ePayment services. To continue to your online payment, click the “I Agree” button below.

you have had your service disconnected due to an unpaid balance.
You must contact customer service at (561) 965-5770 to make arrangements
to pay all outstanding balances and a reconnect fee.
